Haverhill $6.9 Million Sale Anchors Active September Deed Period
Haverhill recorded 15 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with eight showing a sale price so far, ranging from $288,000 to $6,962,500 and a median of $460,000. The month's most notable transaction was a $6,962,500 sale of a unit at 5 Merrimack St., far above the rest of the period's activity, which otherwise clustered under $500,000. Seven sales have no recorded price yet, a common lag in registry data, and several of those appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust rather than open-market sales.
