The City of Haverhill announced Oct. 22 that its Public Health Department will sponsor a flu vaccine clinic for school-age children.
The clinic is set for Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Haverhill Citizens Center, 10 Welcome Street. It is open to children ages 5 to 18.
Families are asked to register by calling Mary Ryan at 978-374-2390, extension 3900. Parents are asked to bring their child's insurance card, though the city said uninsured individuals are also welcome.
